SOCIAL MEDIA PORTFOLIO​
"REASONS TO LOVE" CAMPAIGN
In an effort to attract more potential students, our team came up with a campaign showcasing all the Reasons to Love UTSA.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Our team sat down to list all the reasons we loved UTSA as well as went out to our community to ask the students why they decided on UTSA. We complied all the information and began putting together video ideas for each reason. After having a detailed plan of what we wanted each video to showcase, we went into production.
SOCIAL MEDIA COPY
After going into production for the reasons to love campaign, we took time to edit them and put all the content together then came up with social media captions that would attract the protential students to watch the video. We launched the campaign May 2017 and continued to post every week. The goal was for prospective students to be interested enough to check out our website and apply.
"GET ROWDY READY"Â CAMPAIGN
After getting accepted into UTSA, each student must complete their Rowdy Ready items before the start of the school year. In an effort to make the process easier, our team put together a set of videos explaining what and how these items should be completed.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Our team listed all the 11 Rowdy Ready items needed to be completed by the student, wrote down a script and went into production. We filmed and edited them all then send them to social media. Students get a physical list in the mail, and our social media assets gives them a step by step video.

SOCIAL MEDIA COPY
After all the videos were filmed and edited, we sat down to schedule the social media posts with their copy to help guide the students in completing their outstanding items.
"STUDENT SPOTLIGHTS" CAMPAIGN
With so many majors that UTSA offers, it becomes challenging for a new student to find their way. As a way of relating to them, we showcased some interesting students in each major to tell their stories on social media, the website, and the UTSA "RowdyZine."

Regardless of your major, some students have many passions that they pursue. Daniel showcases a great school-life balance.

OTHER WORK
In between campaigns that we launched, we had individual projects that we worked on.

UTSA DAY
Every year, our university hosts 3 open houses called UTSA Day to bring in admitted and prospective students to get them more excited about coming to UTSA. We took time to showcase the most interesting things on social media.

FOOTBALL GAMES
Football Saturday's are a special time for all of our UTSA community. Our team set aside a Saturday to film all the pre-game activities and the game itself. We put together a video to showcase how much we love game days, invite the student body to participate, and let them know that it is all free of cost.

NEW PRESIDENT WELCOME
After a long time of being without a permanent president, the UT System assigned a new one. Our team build a video welcoming him to our community and letting the student body know that he was now with us.
